しみレーザー後のアフターケアについて
・衛生的で目立たない「ハイドロコロイド」での保護をおすすめしています。
・「ハイドロコロイド」がはがれたら下記の方法で交換してください。
・かさぶたがすべてとれたら「ハイドロコロイド」の使用を中止してください。
＊交換のしかた＊
①はってあった「ハイドロコロイド」をはがす
②シャワーなどできれいに洗う（洗顔料使用可）
③清潔なタオルなどでこすらないよう水分をふきとる
④あたらしい「ハイドロコロイド」を貼る
※薄型ハイドロコロイドポイントシールのつかいかた
・「ハイドロコロイド」は治療後から7～14日間使用してください。
・かさぶたがすべてとれるのが終了のサインです。
・「ハイドロコロイド」がたりなくなった場合には、市販されている「ハイドロコロイド被覆材」（キズパワーパッド、ハイドロコロイドパッチなど）をご使用いただくか、追加分を購入のためご来院ください。
・炎症後の色素沈着等を予防するため「ハイドロコロイド」の使用を終了したら必ず日焼け止めを使用してください。
・紫外線を97％カットできる「紫外線カットフィルム」の使用を希望される場合はお申し出ください。
・色素沈着（黒ずみ）が気になるにはビタミンCのローション、飲み薬、ハイドロキノンなどを処方いたします。
再診の目安
①しみが残っているような気がする
②黒ずみが気になる
③ほかにも取りたいしみがある

Meet Dr. Masanobu Yamashita – Craniofacial & Facial Cosmetic Surgeon
Masanobu Yamashita, MD, is board-certified in both Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery. As an Associate Professor at Kanazawa Medical University Plastic Surgery, Dr. Yamashita specializes in Craniofacial and Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr. Yamashita specializes in facial cosmetic surgery. His aim is to help patients achieve their goal of a more natural, youthful appearance. At his consultation, he works directly with patients to develop an individualized treatment plan designed to enhance their own natural features. His state-of-the-art techniques have attracted patients from all over Japan.
With extensive training in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, Dr. Yamashita applies a meticulous and safety-oriented approach to every procedure.
